This estimated timeframe begins after order processing and may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier performance, customs processing, local holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

3. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed before shipment. Processing time may vary based on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, or payment verification.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

4. Worldwide Delivery

We ship orders to customers worldwide.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. This includes apartment numbers, postal codes, city names, phone numbers, and country information.

ModernCapStyle is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment. Tracking may not show movement immediately, especially during the early stages of transportation.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. ModernCapStyle is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or other delivery issue caused by the customer, please contact us. Additional handling time may be required to resolve the matter.
